This transformative 6-month journey is designed to sculpt a customer success department that is confident in its abilities to build and nurture client relationships. They operate as trusted advisors to your clients as opposed to customer service. This confidence comes from well-defined metrics, clear company and team goals as well as empowering them to this like owners. Naturally, clients are impressed from the very first interaction confirming their investment and ideally a long-term successful client experience.
Our program is a blend of strategic guidance and hands-on training, many DONE-FOR-YOU templates, formulas, forms, presentations, and many other resources. We get you tangible results without drowning you or your team in unnecessary complexity.
A self-paced, self-serve program that allows SaaS owners to work on building their CS Team at a faster OR slower pace than the Signature program. This will not include hands-on consulting.
Our Signature+ Program is a proven system. Following this pathway WILL provide positive results for any software company. We got here with testing, trials, errors and wins so we don't deviate too far from this. HOWEVER, every client is unique and requires more work than others in certain modules so we really delve into the areas you need us the most.
Our entire team is located on Eastern Standard Time and working with clients around the world is a joy and easy to accommodate.
Our team has experience working in and with start-ups to mature software companies. We've also worked with companies with 6 employees to 1000+. The reason we say start-ups is simply because we love the newness and all the twists and turns that come along with it, but ultimately we find our clients have the same needs to various degrees.
